Recently on DC Comics' 52, Black Adam gave an Isis amulet to Adrienne Tomaz, who later married him as an Isis. Before Adam gave Adrienne the amulet, he took her to a tunnel inside his palace in Kahndaq, that leads straight to a place where there are statues of human's deadly sins, with Captain MARVEL sitting on the Wizard SHAZAM's throne. As far as I know, this place is inside "The Rock of Eternity", which is floating around.
My question is: how can a Kahndaq secret tunnel leads to a place inside a floating Rock of Eternity? Or this is entirely different place? Anyone can help me with this?

Well, TECHNICALLY there's more to it that just "magic", Ian.
Once you factor in the shared history of not only Cap and Black Adam, but the ensuing changes in the world of magic itself, as it applies to the DC Universe post-IC, you'll realize how that explaination isn't adequate.
With the wizard Shazam now pushing up lightning-bolt shaped daisies, the balance of his power resides in the form of Captain Marvel/Billy Batson. This has led to a re-application of the magical forces once in place.
So no...a simple "magic" won't do for an explanation.
To fully capture the current situation, you'd have to go with "SPECIAL magic". :whistlin:

Well, since the source of the Marvel family's powers is magic it actually should be a good enough explanation. ;)

Here's a more logical explanation. Black Adam was originally Teth Adam of Khandaq (a fictional Egypt), and that's where he first met The Wizard Shazam. I'd guess that Shazam was a native Middle Eastern sorcerer or very much active there over the early years, so a cave leading to the Rock of Eternity is not surprising at all. Besides, no one really knows where it is after IC. It was blown to bits, wasn't it?

Actually the answer is very very simple. It was in the script.

It's comics, people, they don't need logical explanations.

So is Black Adam back to being a villain? I really enjoyed his stint on JSA and how Johns and Goyer wrote Adam as more indifferent than evil.

No, he's a benevolent ruler with Isis by his side. But we have yet to see him in the Trials of Shazam mini, so that could change.

What about Cap Marvel? Is he going to replace Wizard SHAZAM's place in Rock of Eternity?

Already has. All the power of Shazam is in Cap Marvel now, and it's causing changes in him in Trials of Shazam. The world of magic has also changed and Mary Marvel and Marvel Jr. for some reason have lost their powers.

In the Brave New World special, it almost looks like Mary Marvel and Marvel Jr. died once they lost their powers. Did they?

The Rock of Eternity was reformed by Zatanna and a bunch of D, L, and Z list magic users in the Day of Vengeance one-shot. Where it actually went after that is unkown last I, uh, knew.

Hasn't been revealed yet. They weren't even in the first issue of TofS.
I don't think it has been revealed where the rock is, just that Marvel has to stay close to it. He can leave it, but only for limited amounts of time.

Having magic gates isn't special or unusual in the DCU. The bar the Shadowpact works out of opens into many cities around the globe, as example. It is both in everyplace and no place at the same time
A science equivalent in the DCU is the oft-used tessaract, where unlimited space can be contained in limited space. Superman had a tessaract fortress in Metropolis for a while, I remember.

TofS is one year later.
