That's a pretty solid picture with nice clear linework.
BUT, I think that it would be alot stronger with some lighting (eg side, from below etc to create more mood) and some suggestions of personality. Give Catwoman a cheeky grin, have the Joker smiling or laughing etc. Poison Ivy and Two-face seem to have some personality or attitude and there are right at the back unlike Catwoman and Joker.

Good basic layout and style, just add some more 'life' to it.

Thanks for the positive comments, and the crits are very helpful. I had wanted this to be sort of an elegant portrait of the six, so I did want the faces a bit more subdued, but the lighting suggestion is great. I bet I could re-work that aspect of it before the draw off deadline.

Joker and riddler are the weakest of them. Good work- reminds me of the animated series.

Riddler is too simpistic/generic, and the joker looks odd. his face proportions are off for this angle.

can girls neck is a bit askew- and they just look like floating heads- they arent interacting.

This really nice. I like that you haven't gone overboard with the linework -- you've kept it simple. I would agree that some of the faces could use a little more dramatic punch, but since you're going for a more subdued look, then I think it's fine. My only real crit is that Penguin looks (to me, anyway) very young.
