I'm not familiar with Demon all that much, but I like that look for him. It looks like scorched skin, like he walked out of the fires of Hell and into a punch from Batman.

As far as the inks go, I'm not much of an expert, I just know what I like. I don't usually like John Byrne's stuff, but this is adding that something it seems to be missing. The only real problem I have is the feathering on the cape.
