Hey guys!
Well this is my first attempt at a fully inked comic page...let me know what you think, and where I can improve. I know Transformers are not the typical thing you'd start practising on, but I'm going to be working on a project with a lot of robots soon...

I'm such a Transformers fan that anything I say is gonna' come out like blind flattery...but anyway:
The storytelling is enought hat I know what's going on, but what really makes this piece stand out to me, is the blank nature of the linework. Blacks are spotted where they need to be but the rest of the piece is left open enough to do some great things with the coloring.
On that same note, good hard blacks are spotter in every panel but if you squint your eeys just a bit, panel 3 almost looks empty or unfinished. It's a balance issue. I understand how the lightning/crackly stuff is lighting up the whole hallway, but if you add in a good solid drop-shadow directly behind the figure, it'll give the panel what it needs to fit the rest of the page while also staying consistant to the light scource.

I disagree with the crit simply because i dont really see a place to drop shadow in there. All in all these are very clean inks albeit over somewhat easy subject matter. Robots in general dont require much in the way of line variation like organic beings. It is however very clean work and would color up very nicely.

As a reader I love the smooth look of this page. Very easy to look at, which is important. The inks make it easy to slide from panel to panel.
