This is the first page to my latest comic book titled The Prodigal. I updated this thread with new inked pages. Please let me know what you think.
The Penciler is Travis Sengaus. The inker is Jeff Austin.

Gotta disagree with ya Joel. The pencils are solid, yeah, but I think Jeff's ink's do their usual magic and enhance the pencils.
Having worked with Jeff often, perhaps I'm biased, but I think the whole overall image looks great... both pencils AND inks.

Its a matter of taste. Jeff is old school while Travis has a cutting edge style. I was a little concerned that the styles would not mix but I really like the result. Jeff is so darn solid and added a lot of details to the pencils.
Thanks for the replies gents.

I can;t deny Jeff's skills but I think he should have used a quill instead of a brush for the inking to keep the integrity of the pencils while adding the killer details he is know for. It would of been a better fit I feel

the pencils are solid - IMO. but what i could see in the inks - it pop out the pencils - i like it a lot. when i would ink it - the inks would look totaly different :), good linevaration - thumbs up for both.

Very clean pencils friend. You may want to watch out for tangents though. Where there aren't any gutters a lot of things from panel one are leading me straight into panel 3.

I agree. That is the one weakness in Travis's art. Once he gets better at eliminating tangents he is going to really soar.
Very good replies on this post. You all have good eyes.
