Hows THIS for a quote for Midnight Kiss. I just got it in the mail.
"one of the richest, most original, engaging and fast-moving graphic stories of the new century. Matt Sable and Nightmare are the greatest team of ghoul-busters ever to hit the printed page." - Michael Moorcock.
He's also doing the introduction to the trade, I believe.
I need to go lie down now.

fantastic, tony.
super cool and quite a feather in your cap.
i'm going to try, although lately every time i say that the man upstairs seems to laugh and reach for another handful of lightning bolts to fill his quiver-- i'm target-practice at this point--to catch up with you in nyc later this month.

Ever hear of Elric of Melnibone? Albino swordsman/mage with a big black sword called StormBringer? That's the dude who created him and a bunch of other aspects of The Eternal Champion (Hawkmoon, Corum, Jerry Cornelius, Erekose, etc.).
I LOVED that stuff when I was in College.
Tony- Have you actually met him?

Nope - but I now have an open invitation to go visit him in Paris for a beer while he's over there...

Dis Yes, actually. But when you're the writing god of your own personal pantheon, you're allowed to have an amusing name... :har:
