Over at PandaXpress! we are taking a break between books 1 and 2. To fill the time, we are doing a series of random short stories.
Here's the first one in its 4 page fullness.

The radial tone and the pink border are very distracting, but the artwork is great.

Good ending too.

Hey Jason!
Just used Photoshop to color. No Manga studio. :)

Yeah...the pink border is out of context in a forum. Our site is all pink, and people love it or hate it. So, when I post pages in forums they tend to stand out in an odd way. Like you see here. :)

Yeah. I'd like to make more too...but this and the next 2 short stories are just that, Filler. Filler junk while we get ready to begin work on PandaXpress! Book 2.
At least you wanted more as opposed to wishing it had never appeared!
:P

Sevans, I figured it'd be distracting to some people. Glad you liked the art though. :)

Thanks to all you guys for your feedback. This was a fun little piece that i did over a weekend to pad the docket for our webcomic.
I got print books to make...gotta get back to it.

Yes, just yes! I love your color work, but this is awesome! So, you making print runs of PX? If so, sign me up for 6! Awesome stuff as always.

Thanks!
We are hoping to build a street cred with Sam Noir and roll that into a hopefull publishing arrangement with PX!
We have talked to a couple publishers about PX! Carriertone. The concensus is that PX! isn't very marketable in the US. That it'd make a better European release.

So, we'll see. We're hoping to get PX! printed as soon as possible.
It'd need to be a graphic novel and it'd be a odd sized horizontal book.

So um, nobody asked the question but um... so how are these space pirates breathing in outer space? Deeply disturbed... lol! That in itself could launch a run the size of Batman or Cerebus and somebody tell me what the hell was Cerebus about exactly?!?! Maybe like Garfield... wait Garfield is actually realistic because he only thinks and doesn't ever really talk... :har: Blabbering which is uncommon of me.
