These pages just got accepted by Antarctic press. Here they are with out the lettering so you guy can better see the art. I’m showing off these pages because I really have nothing else to show off right now (I’ve been busy) and it’s a while since I posted anything. Soon I will put up some non anime coloring samples that where drawn by someone else.

I'm finding these pages really hard to crit, as the artwork isn't to my taste at all (just being honest), but on the first page the Girl (her neck is way too musculine) ducks a punch and then looks to be in pain.

Why? didn't she duck the punch?

The second page has too many filters and effects IMO, they aren't needed and are kind of distracting to me. Plus many of the faces seem to 'distort' in the different angles.

Love the idea of the close-ups and the wide shots, very classic Sergio Leorne style storytelling.

hmmmm.... okay, this is my crit, manga can be a difficult style to handle, expecially faces. you've kinda got the faces good, but watch the angle of the eyes and stuff. because manga faces are mainly expressed withy the eyes, if you make the eyes off, the whole face gooes out the window into crappyville (dont take that the wrong way). the body and the poses look kinda funny in some panels too, and the chiks are a bit too buff lookin'. copy stuff from like DOA or CAPCOM of somethin, not even their chiks are buff (but they do have oversized breasts. nice action scenes just keep practicing and you'll get it. :) :kewl:

Glad you guy like it... I’m more use to drawing guys and that may be why they look too buff. In many ways I’m still trying to take from different style and trying to make it work for me. The hardest part of this project is that I draw one way and nothing like the usual art seen the gold digger comics. So I had to kind change thing so they characters would look like who they’re suppose to be.

But every experience will make you stronger right..?
