This is off a script by Jodi Davis. I finally completed the last page so I thought I would stick it up here and get some thoughts.

That's some cool stuff! Not sure about the nostrils in the first one.

Favorites are Page 2 Panel 2 and 4
Page 3 Panel 1 and 3
Page 4 Panel 2 and 4
Page 5 Panel 1, 3, and 4

I do feel you need a little more consistency in your style. Sometimes you have an Adam Hughes look to your ladies... sometimes Turner... sometimes Leifeld... sometimes Silvestri... sometimes your own... so when it switches up like that from panel to panel, it sort of throws me off. But your artwork is still really good, and I remember your other stuff, so you seem to be improving big time as well. Keep at it!

Hey thanks Bezelleo. I get what your saying about the different styles. I did these 5 pages over a long span of time where I took a break in the middle to do the WW Philly Talent search and I picked up another guys book idea. Looking back on it I prolly would have just stuck to this one til the 5 pages were done to keep the consistency. I am curious, which panels do you feel have my own style and not one of the artists you mentioned?

Terrific work..and man you really are busting hump to make it look fantastic.
I appreciated the street scenes and your attention to background ads ect.
Just adds lots more to the scene.

I would probably say the 4th panels on pages 2, 4, and 5 is your style. You seem to have a well-rounded idea on how your antagonist looks in these. (girl)

I'd really like to see some new stuff from you then if this was spread out over a long period of time. I really enjoy your Aphrodite piece as well.

The women look good.

The main guy, his face looks a little weird at times, like odd angles and proportions.

But your storytelling is quite solid and it impressed me a lot.

The eyes aren't horrible, but they could use some help. Perhaps spend some time studying other artists and the way they draw eyes.

i'd watch on having every woman in the story posing...like the waitress...the story's pretty hard to follow ..i'm not sure what's going on....especially after seeing the first set of pages then the last set...and your up shots need a little work( pg. 5 panel 2) and one other thing is the lighting on the guys face on page 3...there's no shadows on him throughout the second page...that's about it....a change of style would be good since the topcow style is kind of done by just about everyone at this time... :har:

I like them. Some things neg divert my attention though. That bartenter around the 2nd or third page for example. All the little things are ganging up on you. I really like when the girl is thrown into the water with bullet holes.

thanks for the comments guys...most of the stuff your saying pertains to the 1st 5 pages, which I did about 5 months ago and didn't like so much so I did 3 more...but you can only see 2 of them cuz one had some nudity on it.
