New to the forums.....need some feedback

Hey whats going on all...I've been a lurker for a few months on these boards and I really respect the critiques given by posters. I'm just starting to get bcak into drawing and I wanted to know what you guys think of some of my work...mind you that I do not have a scanner so the quality might be a tad weak. :banana:

Not too shabby. I'd probably work on your line work and shading. You'll need to practice hands a bit more. Also studying a good anatomy book seems to be a necessity for a piece like this.

My biggest peice of advice for you would be to study how muscles attach to the skeleton and how they interlace with each other. An example of what I mean is the deltoids which should attach to the clavicle. This gives them a more triangular shape as opposed to the circular shape you have. Your off to a good start.
