First of all, it would be alot easier to make a good critique if the pencil image was larger to compare what you did with the pencils. :) From what I can see that would really help this piece out would be better control of line weights. They vary in some areas for no reason and make the piece look very amuture. Plus alot of your lines look very shaky and lack a confident stroke. Remember those parts of the pic that you want to appear closer will have the heavier line weights and those things that need to be puched back should have thinner lineweights. for example, I would have givin her hand and sword in the front a heavier line weight than what is behind it and you did the opposite which makes it appear flat in areas. Keep working at it and i am sure you will get it down :)

one word is needed here: TOOLS!..... never use pen freehand unless you have a really really steady hand. You followed the penciles well but it looks very amaturish without the use of tools. If you use them you will see an incredible diff. in your inks!
