This one looks good too...i would have just added some heavier line weights though to the characters in the forground to give more depth to the piece.

Keep posting man, i like a lot about your work but i HATE some things about it too. The more i see from you the more i will feel that you are committed and maybe show you a coupla ways to liven up your work.

Stronger lineweights as WELL as the foreground figures having heavier lineweights will help a lot. For example, Tag could be thicker on his upper body since it's tilted towards us, and taper the heaviness of the lineweights towards his lower body. You do have a good idea of what to do, and the skill with lineweight and depth comes with experience and practice. As you progress and improve your inks WILL look more lively and have the energy they should.
Vandal, try to be constructive. This guy totally seems committed, hell he came *here* for constructive critique from his peers. Not criticism.

Ok, new rule for MoreinSorrow....
whenever you do an inking of a cover/pinup you send the large sized hi res file to me... got that? :P
right then...
sean@seanellery.com
that rule could apply to vandal, PJ, Mecha and Madman while we're at it as well... :P

nice piece. like what they say, play with line weights. i like the texturing though with the wall and the grass at the background but try to add more depth to it.
