Wow, I really like the look of this. Great characters. Really awesome looking.

The only thing that would have been good, the last page to see flashes of gunfire and that light casting on surrounding characters and stuff, really making that double page spread dramatic, at the moment it just feels like its not delivering enough impact on the reader.

Good stuff

This is some cool work! I'm totally digging the rain effects on the pages. This should do well!

Jimmybott - Thanks. I will let Grant know and see what he can do to beef up the gun flash. I agree there should be more sparks and fire in there.

Supreme Knight - Glad you like it! Im not sure how Grant does it, but he's got the dreary fog and rain thing down as far as Im concerned. He's really doing a bang up job on the art.

DannoE - Thanks Dan, we're hoping the book does well enough to warrant a second series. Thanks for the support, we really appreciate.

Thanks again guys. :)

Elton - Thanks a TON for all the support you've given me and Revere. I greatly appreciate it. Grant is tearing it up on pages! Issue 3 is shaping up to be even better then #2 and I've only seen one page of it!

Brian - We're trying to do something that is different in style from most of the stuff out there. Grant's art really lends itself well in that capacity. Thanks for the kind words.

Stay tuned the Revolution has just begun!!!

Fablewood - Grant will be pleased to that. He really does make an extra effort to make his stuff different and energetic. The interesting thing is when you see his pencils his lines are really effortless. From pencils to colors they take on a totally new life.

It's awesome to see each new page.

Thanks again everyone! :)

Man, I just LOVE the look of this!!! Awesome work - you've got a great color pallette going on too which definitely sets the mood for the story - very ambient and atmospheric - I can feel the story. Love the fade effect on the couple of crows in the final splash page. Kudos my man, kudos.

Sorry for the long absense... we have a looming deadline on issue 3, so Grant and I have been working our tails off getting the issue wrapped.

We're almost there!

sacredsincomics - Glad you like it! We're really trying to make something special with this book.

MARK A ROBINSON - Thanks! Grant will be happy to know that so many people here have taken a liking to his art on REVERE! Stay tuned, we should have some preview art for #3 up soon.

Look for us in the current issue of PREVIEW on PAGE 214.

JMan - Thanks for noticing the "feel" of the book. We are trying to set a mood with each scene in REVERE, so it reads more like a movie then a comic. When I write, I write as "scenes" and give Grant "scene desciptions" with lots of detail on what I am visualizing. He does a GREAT JOB on picking up on it!

Thanks everyone. You guys ROCK! :)

Just when I tought this thread was dead it suddenly comes back to life!

Thanks guys. And sorry for the long delays between posts. Grant and I are on a super tight deadline with issue 3 and getting the script for #4 wrapped.

Chris - Thanks man. I really dig your work on Chrono Mechanics! Will you be in SD this year? If so i look forward to meeting you. And that goes for anyone else attaending the BIG CON this year.

Ron - Thanks. I am really happy that people are responding to the overall feel of the book. Grant and I are trying to take all aspects of the book into consideration when putting it together, from line and colors, to the mood and details, as well as the lettering/balloon placement and writing. Its concentrated effort to try and put out the best possible book we can.

We hope it works!

ISSUE 3 is available for PRE-Order now! DIAMOND ORDER CODE: JUN06 2798

Thanks for all the support!
