I think you need to work on your drawing some more - your knowledge of anatomy looks sound, the proportions etc., look ok, but your figures are stiff and suffer from action figureitis - there's too much separation in the joints, the pecs don't flow into the delts, etc.

It shows promise, there are things to nit pick about camera angles and shot choices, but I think your biggest obstacle here is just to get you figures to look more natural - I suggest some intensive life drawing, even drawing form photo ref to improve your gestures and get your figures to flow a little better.
