Threw something together just for fun. Not going to mess with this as I did it for fun, but feel free to critique if you like. Thank you for looking!

beautiful stuff

the pose on the character with the shield is a little ambiguous though

I agree, what would you suggest on fixing that?

well, you can't 'fix' that pic, its done.

By ambiguous I mean, what is happening at that moment, it looks a little like he's given up, about to surrender....and if that's the case, then REALLY make him surrender (her?)

in general, try striking the pose you are drawing. In your pic, slightly bent forward, and to the right, knees spread wide apart and pointing outward, all very awkward....makes you think that helmet weighs a ton.....

The pose and silhouette are what sell the pic, not the rendering or painting, which you do nicely

Lose the filtered photo background. Looks cheap and abit lazy.

If you can draw a half man, half cat wearing a jacket....you can draw a building using the reference you already have.

I would agree about the shield picture. This looks like a pose in between actions you need to play the beats of the scene . let our imaginations fill in the mid action.
