Well, this was very nice finalized I can tell you put a lot of time into the rendering, but you pay closer attention to his anatomy, his left hand and both legs are too small.

Yeah, proportions are all over the place.
Especially the short lower legs/shins.

I would say, don't focus on over rendering, to cover up perspective/anatomy flaws.
The drawing looks flat, so find ways to give it dimension. But your on the right path so far! Just draw to get better, not to try and cover up your flaws, or impress.

nice to look at

sit in a chair in front of a mirror. Look carefully at how your limbs look. Take a picture if you can, and then trace it. Pay attention the shapes your body parts make, and how they overlap. I know he's sitting there, but it doesn't look like he has any thighs at all.
