Here's the first page from a new series. It's all completed. I'll be dropping new pages every now and then.

Very nice artwork, but the storytelling have some problems, like panel one covering someone's face in panel two, this is only okay if it is intentional.

I don't see the purpose of panel four having a diagonal bottom, and the character is looking outside the page.

Rafa: thanks for the critique, the face covering is intentional (death is one of the story's themes). Quick question though, what's the issue with someone looking off panel like in panel 4? (Not being sarcastic, I'm not actually aware of this :| ). Thanks.

Hey Man, sorry it took me so long...

A character looking outside the page is not good storytelling, images inside panel should direct the readers eyes to the next panel like here:

Hey Guys, this is probably the dumbest question on the forum but how do you post images?

I don't see the purpose of panel four having a diagonal bottom, and the character is looking outside the page.

I actually think the diagonal bottom is a good way to redirect the eye to the bottom panel. This may be intentional or a sub-conscious effort to lead the reader's eye. Also the diagonals creates a feeling of uneasiness that fits the storytelling.

My main critique for page 1 would be the tangent in panel 1 and panel 2, the part where the dark shaded part of the machine in panel 1 meets the shadow created by the left most photo frame in panel 2. The images will read better if you lighten the shading in panel 1 like so:

I believe you are using 3D. Don't rely so much on 3D models for your figures. You can reference them for your poses but try to "draw" more. Models tend to be stiff and do not usually "pose" well to demonstrate how figures actually look and feel in real space.

Good work. I enjoy the storytelling and the personal and emotional feelings from your art.

Hey Guys, this is probably the dumbest question on the forum but how do you post images?

Your image will need to be hosted elsewhere, adn you are just embedding the image in your comment by using the image button above the comment window to wrap the IMG tags around the image url. Your url for the image should end in an image file extension (.jpg, .png, etc.)

The easiest way to see what this looks like is to hit 'Quote' on a post with an image. Within the quote text you will see the IMG tags and url for the image itself.

engcheedraws: ha. No, I'm not using 3D, but I am using photo reference for the people. :D thanks for the advice!

I skipped head just a bit. Here we see the Reaper as his original self. He's taken from his home (during the Middle Ages), to the afterlife by yet another Reaper, who disrobes and steps into the mysterious light.

Wow, cool sequentials. I can easily follow the story through your pages and really clean style and unclattered arts inside the panels. Really great work here!
