Hi we're Monkeyfun Studios, creators of the role-playing game, Spirit of 77. We had great luck in discovering the artist for this product line here, so we're hoping lightning can strike twice. We're looking for one or more artists to create black and white illustrations for our upcoming role playing game rulebook, Bedlam Hall.

The Project
Bedlam Hall is a horror-based genre with the focus on the serving staff of a Post-WWI manor in England that is plagued with dark misfortunes and a psychotic upper class family. Think "Downton Abbey Meets the Addams Family". Inspirations also include Disney's Haunted Mansion, Edward Gorey and the BBC's "Jeeves and Wooster" TV series.

Art Requirements

We're looking for 12 full pages of black and white line art, and 5-10 half page images and spot art. No panels, each image will stand on it's own.

Content will include chapter heading action splash pages, and more static character montages. Artwork may include supernatural, thriller and crime aspects with the servants on hand to clean it up.

A single artist is preferred but we could split the work up between multiple artists on a per page basis.

Art in the book will be printed black and white 6" x 9" full bleed.

Schedule
Our deadline for completion of all art is May 1st 2017.

Budget and Payment
Completed (penciled and inked) page rate: $100 for full page, $50 for half page/spot art

Payments, can be made via check or paypal, with the following structure: 25% upfront, 25% upon delivery of approved roughs or sketches, 50% upon delivery of high-resolution .tiff files (300 dpi). Payments made within 10 business days of each milestone. Payment based on full project or previously agreed upon portion of project.
