Nice work! I think I'm missing some of the subtext, but it's good to see your consistent output of quality comics. Is doctor d a sort of Alan Greenspan type?

Yes, Alan Greenspan was inspiration for Doc D..! I'm surprised it came through, since I never meant it as a direct caricature.

Of course "Dollar-dumping" is something that chairmen of the Fed are accused of... and/or "money printing" and so on. The "hard money" people, the goldbugs, hate the "soft money" Keynsians...
(Never read about economics, kids...)

I don't think there's that much subtext to miss.. I'm referencing some themes about gender.. the current push to masculinize, or androgynize, women.. But there's not a lot of deep thought behind it, I promise. It's still just comics..
