Here's something I did for Damon to re-draw from an original comic pages. This is my version. I hope you like it!

Hi, I understand that you are following an existing comic but the storytelling is very confusing to me.

The fight starts in a weird way and after the stranglehold Bucky is magically freed from the Patriot. What went on?

Patriot was going to bust out some rhymes and Bucky wasn't having it.
Fight ensues.

Well, with Marvel style of plotting, is different from screenplay which deals with multiple shots in a movement. The plot tends to move faster in a page. Mostly it's not really from panel to panel sequence but more on movement. Hence one panel is a start and the next panel is the result, no in between. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. In a cramp page like this and to show the full sequences is not enough. It was cut down to seven panels which Marvel always look for 6 panels maximum from what I remember. Besides, without the dialogues, it's easy to get confused. :D
