Please note that we sell only downloadable copies of software, it means that we does not ship boxed versions of software and paper documentation.

Also please note that you will not be able to get a support from manufacturer and register your product online, because you're buying OEM software.

No matter how you slice that quoted bit, it's a bad sign. Firstly, unless you're buying used software OR discounted discontinued versions, there'd be no reason for a company not to support you.

But... saying "OEM" is a second kind of bad thing... OEM software packages are only intended to be sold along with certain hardware, and you are intended to get a discount as a result... so buying OEM software without the required accompanying hardware is a no-no as well.

Seems more likely this is a company selling bootlegs, especially with the "download only" qualification.

Yeah, fishy is right, Adobe/Autodesk don't sell OEMs as far as I know, at least full versions. A good note... buyer beware!
Thanks for the replies fellas.

Well you can always contact Microsoft and ask them if it is legit. If not, Microsoft and other developers will want them shut down for copyright violations.
