PAID GIG -- I'm looking for a colorist for a 6-page short that will be published in a creator-owned 215 Ink mini-series later this year. The mini-series is called "Doctor Crowe," and each issue is broken up into short, series anthology style short adventures ranging from 6-8 pages. The genre is horror/fantasy/adventure.

Here's a LINK (https://www.dropbox.com/s/8a2v8re4whsze5k/Dr.Crowe%20-%20Beneath%20the%20Black.pdf?dl=0) one of the shorts from issue #1 so that you can get a look at the quality of art.

I'm looking for colors (both style and palette) similar to the series "The Sixth Gun" from Oni Press. Examples can be found HERE (http://rustystaples.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Sixth-Gun-int.jpg), HERE (http://robot6.comicbookresources.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/sixth-gun3-1.jpg) and HERE (http://comicsalliance.com/files/2011/06/sixth-gun-tpb-v2-preview--11.jpg).

This is a work-for hire position that pays a $20.00 USD page rate. Payment will be made via PayPal within five days of receiving completed pages. If your color work is a good fit for the project then there will definitely be the opportunity for more work in the future.

If you're interested in this position then please send me an email with a LINK to your artwork/portfolio at coreyfryia@gmail.com. Please put "COLORIST SAMPLE" in the subject line of the email.

More information on the series can be found here: www.facebook.com/DoctorCrowe

Thanks!

Thanks to everybody has expressed interest in this position. I've received over 50 submissions. Thank you to all the applicants.

As of today, this position has been filled. However, there may be more work in the mini-series that pops up and, if that is the case, I'll contact some of the folks who have already applied.

Thanks so much! :)
