View Full Version : Behind the scenes?
I love watching the making-of featurettes on the Lord of the Rings DVDs, where they show the process of designing and creating the props, creatures, sets, costumes, and so on for the films. Can you guys recommend other good behind-the-scenes material of this sort, either extras attached to movie DVDs or stand-alone documentaries?

I liked the Buffy the Vampire Slayers behind the scenes stuff on those Dvd's if you're into the show....the Blade Runner one was pretty fascinating.

LotR sets the bar pretty high... If I remember correctly the special edition of Terminator 2 had some really great behind the scenes documentaries:

The Crow behind the scenes and documentaries are pretty cool. In a way, the untimely death of Brandon might have saved that movie.... The whole "Skull Cowboy" would have killed it. IMO anyways...

Does the show Movie Magic ever had a DVD release? I'd love to rewatch the behind the scenes of some of the most memorable films of the '90s. I remember watching how they made the opening scene to the RDJ film Walk Like A Man, with miniatures and matte paintings and such. This was before CGI took over almost everything.
Thanks guys! I'm not familiar with that show, Moonie, I'll have to look it up.
