Alrighty, new challenge. This one is not a lettering activity but more of a design activity.

The goal here is to recreate an existing comic book/webcomic logo based on the description alone.

You can choose from any or all the logos. Deadline is two weeks from today. We will say August 18th.

If you post something you must be willing take advice on the logo and be willing to make ONE change asked or present a strong case as to why the changes being asked are not needed. And no "Bugger off the logo is fine!" Is not a valid argument.

If you post a logo you are required to offer your opinion on someone else logo.

And the descriptions:

ADVENTURE TIME follows the adventures of Finn, a human boy, and his best friend and adoptive brother Jake, a dog with magical powers to change shape and grow and shrink at will.

PEANUTS: Charlie Brown, is meek, nervous and lacks self-confidence. He is unable to fly a kite, win a baseball game or kick a football

MISTER TERRIFIC: Terry Sloane, a self-made millionaire whose photographic memory, Olympic-level athletic skills, and mastery of the martial arts made him a virtual Renaissance man. After graduating college at age 13, he eventually became a renowned business leader in the community. Having accomplished all his goals, he felt there were no challenges left for him to pursue, leading him towards suicidal tendencies. However, upon seeing a young woman jump from a bridge, Sloane reacted quickly and saved the woman, Wanda Wilson. Sloane assisted her brother, who had been caught up in a gang, by adopting a super hero identity: the Mister Terrific persona. This provided him with what he had been missing; a sense of accomplishment. He then created the "Fair Play Club" to stymie growing juvenile delinquency.

SPAWN was once a man named Al Simmons, a highly trained assassin and was considered the best. He was a well known soldier who was at his most successful point when he saved the President from an attempted assassination. He was promoted to a higher level of the C.I.A. that dealt with the things the Government had kept secret from the general public. However, Al soon realized that the Government wasn't always right and started questioning if they were truly correct in their actions. This caught the attention of people in high power.

It may be difficult but do your best to ignore all preconceived images of these titles. Try to image that these are NEW and EXCITING properties.

Have fun.
