This is the description of the marvel comics book, Avengers #6:

"(W) Jonathan Hickman (A) Adam Kubert GODDESS' The Secret Origin of the Universe. Watch as for the first time in history, The UNIVERSE becomes sentient. Watch as Captain Universe deciphers the code that was hidden in the first five issues."

Um...

In the comic, the spirit of the universe has manifested itself in the body of a traumatized car crash victim. Regarding the code, it's something that was being used by the series' first nemesis, Ex Nihilo, and comes from a very ancient race referred to as the Builders. At the end of the comic Hickman provides the Builders' alphabet system as it corresponds to English on an extra page after the story. You can tell Hickman did it himself as he's a talented designer and usually includes extras like this in a lot of his work. It's actually kinda cool.

I agree the solicitation text wouldn't mean a thing to anyone who hasn't been reading the series.

But...the universe IS sentient and has been depicted in SS and Doc strange, so how is this the first time it becomes sentient?

They should say 'human'. *shrugs*. Still sounds like something out of a movie.

Yeah, I guess it's the first time it has taken on a human host, dunno.

Everything is sentient in Dr Strange, though...hehe.
