Label design idea for the small-batch wine I'm making this year. (two 6-gallon batches.)

Very cool design, Nate. I'd love to see a photo of the bottles once they're done.

Thanks! It will be a while. I will be able to bottle/drink the first batch starting in Sept-Oct.

Somebody sticky this thread so it doesn't get buried. :)

My wine labels printed on card stock and hand-cut. You'll note a few final changes in the design: triangular holes instead of circular, and the little corner squares have been removed from the piping along the edges.

Nate, this is cool, but if you're going to this much trouble why not do a real label, print it on an Avery label, cut it out and stick it on the bottle?

Glass bottles are expensive when you have to buy them 3 cases at a time! If I can re-use bottles after they're emptied of wine, then I'd rather not have to scrub off a label for the next variety I make.
