Please do yourself the favor of following this link and reading the excerpt from Rob Liefeld's new screenplay about himself:

Beautiful stuff. I would pay a hundred dollars for a ticket at the movies.

I'd watch this.

Chris Pine as Liefeld.
Christian Bale as McFarlane
John Malkovich as Larsen
John Cho as Lee

Only if they wear period 15th century costumes and talk in Shakespearean language.

Did Todd really trash talk Marvel's publisher that way? Too funny.

More importantly, did Easy-E really tell Liefeld that he wanted to create comic books with him???????????????!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously though, wouldn't you guys want to watch a movie based on these guys?

They don't have to be about them really, but based on them I think it would work.

Get the usual nerds guys to do the roles.
(Thinking Hollywood here)
Seth Rogan, Micheal Cera, Jonah Hill, and Channing Tatum as Bob Liefield

It's comedic gold...throw in a time machine and hot models and you have a hit comedy of the summer.

"Icons"? The arrogance never fails to amaze.

Well in his defense, he did say Icons, plural, instead of Icon.

From the makers of King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters... Rob Liefeld is a comic artist who has it all...

the way Leifeld has McFarlane written he should be played by Joe Pesci ala GoodFellas, not Christian Bale...

I had to stop reading. That script was really terrible. Try to picture it as a film as you're reading it. The dialogue is terrible and there seems to be no plot whatsoever. It's like it was written by a middle schooler.

So in other words, get Hollywood on the phone - they'll love it?

I would honestly fork over a hundred dollar bill just to read this glorious piece of work in its entirety. It is the most brutal thing I have ever read. Brutal in every way imaginable.
