Because it's pretty badass...

Yes, I do.
As it is so often the case,I really wonder why the title is not more popular. It is not the greatest comic ever, but concerning superheroes a great read.

It actually does pretty well. It's made it up to nearly 100 issues so far and is always in the top 300 if not the top 150 comics, and not too far trailing Kirkman's other book The Walking Dead. If this were the 1990s, it'd probably be doing mega numbers.

But yeah, I love the book. I'm behind on it as I started reading via the hardcovers after a while, but it's a stellar series.

Yeah, it is one of Kirkman's best. And Ryan Ottley has really come far as an artist.

My only issue is it can get really gory so I can't show it to kids I know would love it.

One of my favourite series out at the moment. I have really come to love Ottley's work. Hopefully it will get a boost in sales and recognition with issue 100 coming up.

For a creator owned book it's selling decently at around 14k copies. If my memory is accurate, that is a big drop from previous numbers, which I think were around 20k.

Other than the Walking Dead and maybe Saga, I think most image books sell in the 5-15k range. But that is in no way a testament to their quality, but rather that Marvel and DC simply dominate the market share.
