Has anyone else seen this? (http://www.wacom.com/en/Products/Inkling.aspx) I just went over to the Wacom site and saw it. Looks like a pretty neat piece of tech. The ability to use almost any paper/surface to record your strokes and pressure seems much better than some of the other smart pens I've seen out there that require special paper. The price is also pretty comparable to other smart pens.

Just thought I'd see if there was any interest around here for it and what people were thinking.

Dave Gibbons tweeted that this review (http://ministryoftype.co.uk/words/article/the_wacom_inkling/) summarised his feelings on the Inkling fairly accurately.

My sister has one, but we can't get it to actually record the images we draw.

That would suggest it's defective. I'd return it to wherever it came from for a replacement, if I were you.
