Weird thread title, I know, but it's true. I don't want to work with a polished pro who has all kinds of possibilities in front of him or her. Rather, I'm trying to find a young, hungry, undiscovered talent who needs a chance. Why? Because I've been there and want to give back now that I have the opportunity.
About the gig: We need a small, simple web site designed but we want it to look like an in-progress page with pencils, balloons, panels, handwritten notes in the borders, etc. If you can't handle slicing the art into HTML / CSS, no worries; we have people who can do that. Your primary job is to develop the overall design and art. Pay is negotiable.
