im not a HUGE fan on the super sketchy art..on a personal level.. but it certainly shows talent, thats for sure.

but the story is great. be interesting if alan moore read it..

I'm not a huge fan of really sketchy stuff either, generally. It depends on the story, really. I hated Francis Manapul's art for its rough construction until I read Flash #1 and realized that it just meshed so damn well with the characters and with the story. Same thing for this. If the artist who drew this had details on par with Ethan van Sciver's line-work, it would just ruin the story for me. Some stories demand certain styles, and I think this style demands exactly what it has.

Just my opinion.
