I tell you, I really, really dig everything that Nick Spencer is writing. Existence 2 and 3.0, Forgetless, and Shuddertown, this guy came out of nowhere with a string of excellent books.

And I know he's found some of his artists right here at DW. I don't know if Spencer himself is a DW alum, but this guy's career is moving at lightspeed.

Just wanted to share this with everyone, maybe it can spark some inspiration. Nick Spencer could be any one of us.

He really has been hitting on all cylinders. And the new book he has coming out soon, Morning Glories, should be fantastic.

Well now you have! Check his stuff out, Frank. I think you'd dig it.

This happens every two to three years. The last time I saw a man's career take off this fast was Jason Aaron, and I've read everything he's created since his Vertigo debut THE OTHER SIDE.

Like Aaron, Spencer's career is taking off with reason--he's damned good.

All the best to him, rock on.

I will next time I'm in Sydney.
