Read it on Newsarama today...

Jim Shooter is going to help re-launch Magnus Robot Fighter, Solar Man of the Atom, Turok, and Mighty Samson at Dark Horse.

Creative teams to be announced soon.

I think Shooter gave those characters their props at Valiant, but his work / projects since then? I have to admit I'm a little skeptical--- :( Nonetheless, here's hoping for the best and hoping he pulls it off. :)

Iím down for Solar and Turok. Never read Mighty Samson, but what I heard about it sounds like it would be right up my alley. Magnus Robot Fighter, I read when it was published in Europe in pocketbook format and, while fun at times, it wasnít all that great. The concept has a lot of potential, though, so I look forward to seeing what Shooter has up his sleeve as creative director.

You gotta give Shooter credit, he does keep coming back. I'll check the books out, I always liked those Gold Key characters. I used to have a couple of original Turok Son of Stone books way back when.
