I think I tried to bring him back to his 'barbarian' roots.

there seems to be a depth of field problem (beast-man & mer-man's head seem to be tiny in respect to where he-man is) to the page..
but otherwise this is a KICK@$$ pic!!! love the coloring!!

HE-MAN!!!!!! You've inspired me to draw up some he-man too! This picture is perfect in every way!

Seems as if his arms are to long for the height of his body.

It looks that way cause he's crouching, his proportions would look diferent if he were stsnding straight.

Apart from some anatomy issues with proportions (mainly), the pic has a fun vibe to it and a rough charm.
I like it, not it does have problems.

BTW
It looks that way cause he's crouching, his proportions would look diferent if he were stsnding straight.
That excuse doesn't work. His arms are still far too long AND if that was really the case you need to work on your foreshortening too.

I also agree about the proportions and anatomy(not to mention how small his head is). Watch those in the future.

The proportions on the previous one were off, but intentional. This one is in better physical proportion.

The anatomy on Heman is much stronger in this new piece.
BUT the background is sooo flat, no perspective at all. Next time get some reference pictures.

You can obviously work from them (as the Heman shows), so use it. The background is taking away from the good work on Heman.

Thanks, sometimes I use reference pics, it helps a lot. But I didn't use them here.
