Hi, there-

These are pages from a graphic novel about kids killing their parents by being brainwashed by video games. I pencil, ink, color, and letter.

Tools: Photoshop CS and an Axiotron Modbook Apple Tablet PC

There are a billion pages, so I'm just selecting ones that I liked (plenty I didn't). I've been drawing a little at a time (work for hire) for a couple of years, and it will be another year or more before it's complete. usually 4 pages per month.

Totally sick! I love it! Visually appealing and the gore quotient is great. It definitely peaks my interest as to the story...has that Ennis feel (much like Crossed)...Visually stunning...hopefully the story can match the punch of the visuals. My fear is that it would become just excessive violence and gore with no real driving force...but obviously I have no idea at this point.

Anyways...great work. Bottom line: I'd buy this book.

Those have to be the meanest kids I've ever seen...makes me want to go home and ground mine. Dude...I swear that panel with the TV message is almost pulsing off the screen. Excellent work...and I'll never turn my back on my kids again. :D

I like the art technically but without words the story telling seems well pretty lame just using blood lust as the main story telling device, which to me seems like bad writing. I did really dig Faces of Death when I was like 12, wouldn't watch it now, so tastes change with age. Like I said love the art don't like the story telling from what is shown here but it's just bits right now so maybe if i read the entire comic i'd be thinking different and maybe not.

tanggod: Thank you. My deadlines are nuts, so typically I have to pencil, ink, color, and letter 4 pages in 1 or 2 days. If you watch my Twitter, you'll get to see it happen. Usually done in 24-48 hour bursts. So, it's about 1 page every 5 hours or so with distractions. I do an assembly line, sketch all 4, draw/ink (kinda the same thing) all 4, flat color all 4, render color all 4, letter all 4, and send!!!

Normally, though, I would LIKE to do 1 page per day ... for Marvel ... and Stephen King ... and get paid $1,000,000 a year ... yeah...
