OK I know I'm the biggest dork, nerd, geek, fanboy...whatever you want to call it for doing this but I miss the lil' blue guy.
So I made this fan fiction Wii game version of a new Mega Man game.
Prelude
In the fictional and futuristic year of 200X, in a sub-level metro city called, Outlook City, a master designer, Dr. Thomas Light worked for a robotics company called, Light Labs.
Dr. Light was the master designer of several of Outlook City’s robots. From worker bots who, such as construction or cooks, to law bots such as, police and bounty hunters, Dr. Light was one of the richest men in Outlook City.
Dr. Albert Wily, Dr. Light’s old classmate and friend at the Robot Institute of Technology, and together had formed Light Labs. One day, Wily was building a robot for war causing Dr. Light to shut down Wily’s project and told him to never use the robots for war.
A year had passed and Dr. Light and Dr. Wily were house hold names in Outlook City. Together they built several robots and came up with one, they called a Robot Master named, Proto Man. Dr. Light won the noble prize causing Wily to grow jealous. Wily quit Light Labs and was never heard from for one year. Dr. Light went on to build other Robot Masters over the next few years.
One day at Light Labs, in the middle of the night, Proto Man went AWOL. Light went looking for him in the middle of the night and found him go into what he thought was an abandoned building. Dr. Light, at the time didn’t know what to think and followed him into the building. A loud crash echoes through the building and Proto Man swoops down and saves Light from a falling steel beam, taking him back to Light Labs.
The next morning, Light finds Proto Man at the computer and inserting a disc. When asked what Proto Man was doing, he replied with, “Setting them free.” This was the beginning of the first robotic war or RWI (Robotic War 1). The disc sent a virus to all robots, causing them to attack, enslave, and murder the human race. The remaining robots and Robot Masters Dr. Light had built are all missing or taken by Dr. Wily’s robots.
Dr. Light was spared by Proto Man, but Light Labs was nearly destroyed in the chaos. Outlook City had been taken over by Wily and protected by the many machines he had taken over. People were hiding in fear, used as slaves, or killed.
The years went by, and the world was changed. Soon Dr. Wily had spread the virus to the entire world, and eventually taking over the planet. Dr. Light, however, had one last great idea, to take the Robot Master design and improve on it. He created Mega Man.
Story
After Dr. Light had created Mega Man, he was in need of spare parts to finish other inventions to aid and improve on Mega Man. At first, Mega Man is only equipped with his blue armor and has only one hand. In order to create a weapon for Mega Man to use against Dr. Wily’s forces, Dr. Light asks Mega Man to go to an abandoned warehouse to gather supplies.
Mega Man leaves for the ware house and once he enters, he is confronted with a large Fork Lifter Bot and sounds an alarm which brings several other smaller bots out to fight Mega Man. Mega Man uses his installed combat training to fight the bots, punching, kicking, jumping, throwing, and performing combos the likes these robots have never seen before.
After he destroys all the bots he gathers the supplies but sees a shadow watching him. He follows the shadow to find that it’s a young girl, a Robot Master girl. She is slightly damaged and tells Mega Man her name is, “Roll.”
Mega Man takes Roll and the supplies to Light Labs. Dr. Light is amazed at how good Mega Man did in brining back Roll and all the supplies needed to create Mega Man’s first upgrade, the Mega Buster.
Roll tells Dr. Light about the army Dr. Wily has, about his plans to colonize in outer space and eventually take over the universe with his machines. Dr. Light repairs Roll and equips Mega Man with the Mega Buster and a helmet. Mega Man is now ready for his second mission, to destroy the factories setup by Wily and stop his production on his army of robots.
Mega Man leaves Light Labs, not sure where to start he ventures through the city. He finds people who are being hurt by robots and helps them with his new found weapon. He continues through the city finding new parts for Dr. Light.
One factory Mega Man finds is called, Inferno Industries. Inferno Industries primary function is to incinerate waste products. Mega enters the factory and is immediately under attack. Grabbing a lot of spare parts Mega Man is finally confronted with the giant robot Incinerator. Mega Man uses his new abilities to defeat the large robot obtaining a key disc and continues on his mission to destroy the factory. He finally reaches a gate and uses the key disc he got from the Incinerator and enters a dark room. A flame shoots up to the ceiling.
The room is now lit from flames circling the area and Mega Man finds himself in a lot of trouble. Mega Man fights to the very end, defeating this Robot Master who calls himself, Inferno. Once he has defeated Inferno, Mega Man finds an orb, not knowing what it does; he takes it back to Dr. Light.
Dr. Light tells Mega Man what the orb does, telling him that he can install it and use Inferno’s abilities. Dr. Light connects Mega Man to the main computer and installs the new ability to the Mega Buster. Now Mega Man can use a flame thrower.
Dr. Light creates a new gadget for Mega Man to use, called, EDD-E or Electronic Data Detection & E-mail. The device can be used to download a number of interfaces such as;
MAIN MENU

E-Mail: Dr. Light or Roll will send Mega Man info on a factory, weapon, ability, mission, and other useful tips and hints.
Save: You can save the current status.
Mega Man, now equipped with a new gadget and ability of fire, he ventures out in the city once again to gather more resources for Light. He heads to another factory called, Gusting Gizmos. This factory makes propellers for flying machines and weapons. They are also sucking the oxygen out of the air in order to charge citizens to buy it back.
Mega Man enters the factory and fights the flying machines off long enough to reach the air machine that is sucking the oxygen out of the world, the machine’s name is Oxygen Tank. Mega Man destroys the large machine and finds the key to the gate where he can shut down the factory.
He enters the room past the gate and finds another Robot Master. The Master is flying around the room and below them is a large propeller fan, blowing air up to the ceiling where another propeller is blowing air down. Mega Man can barely move and unable to use his fire powers here. He fights the Master who calls himself, Atmosphere. Mega Man is floating in thin air trying to defeat his enemy but the fans are blowing him around causing him to loose site of his target. Mega Man eventually destroys the Robot and takes the orb.
Mega Man takes the orb back to Light Labs and gives Light all the resources he found. Mega Man downloads the new orb and gains new powers.
Dr. Light invents a new gadget for Mega Man, creating a Power Glove that can punch with a stronger force, giving Mega Man extra strength.
POWERS/ORBS
FIRE POWER:
• Defense: Able to resist fire damage.
• Ability: Able to shoot a stream of fire which sets enemies on fire, while burning they keep taking damage.
