Is it because there is nowhere to buy it, or is there some type of postal regulation? I admit my ignorance on the subject, but since the U.S. and Iran aren't exactly cuddling together, I would suspect there is a fairly large degree in difficulty when it comes to mailing things from here to there.

I recently finish to read Persepolis, the book, not the movie.
It was a huge graphic novel written and drawn by an Iranian girl.
Look what a woman can do when she decided to do a comic!

In the book, between other things, she tells us that to buy
a CD or poster of their favorite American singer or artist
might allow the girls go to prison.
I don't know if this use continues still there, but it seems very concerning.
The upside is that she found her way out.
And, with 18 years she moved by herself to Europe where she made a good
life for her.
Only 18, woman, alone and with not degrees.
Quite impressive.

considering back then it was the early years of the new regym and we were in war,... nowdays you see american singer posters everywhere such az metallica, tool, linkinpark, system of a down, leonard cohen, the doors and ...
even WWF wrestlers,... no women but you can find them too.
the iranian regym is still repressive but not as much as it was in it's early years, things have gotten much better since then...
i know a place where i order my comics from, i got my invincible ultimate collections and other TPBs from there.
so maybe when FOJ gets a TPB i'll order it...
maybe this isn't the right place to say it but i'm not a huge fan of FOJ.
i don't even know him, judged by the costume i don't know if i even like him, but i love giving everything a try and i like indy characters...
