Drawing Tablet Advice

With that out the way, my question is as follows:

What's a good entry-level drawing tablet? I've heard Wacom is a reliable make. I just thought the best place to ask would be here.

It's not for me, I can't still draw for sh*t. It's a present for my SO.

best buy. Get a bamboo tablet for 99 bucks. It's the successor to the graphire tablet.

Yeah, but you can get the Bamboo cheaper at Ebay and sometimes Amazon, especially if you don't need the mouse (yes, they have ones that only come with the pen).
