OMG! I'm sorry man, I really do like the concept (the execution is a little flawed), but at 5am, I just had to laugh. With that pose, and the 'smoke' coming off of him, it looks like he just shat out that huge pile of bricks behind him!

Seriously though, the idea/design is sound. Just the pose is a bit strange (his head should be the closest thing towards us, but it looks pushed back, etc).

The outer glow is seperating Iron Man from the background even more.
When you are using such different elements to make one image, you shouldn't be highlighting how different they are.

Remove the outer glow. If he was standing there and glowing, so would part of the scenery.
