This is my redesign for the draw-off, nothing too drastic just a little modernizing. thoughts?

I think it's good. The breast are a little low, I think. I could be wrong about that.

I like the drawing! I just don't think people would fight crime in their underwear though. Could just be me, though. But, I digress. Nice pose and nice weight! You did a good job making her feel real.

Breasts like that are always a bit lower if they're real. They're...well... heavier. Many comic artists draw extremely unnatural breasts, large or small. This is nice in a Frank Cho sort of way. I like the fact that you gave her legs to match, a bit bulkier but still very sexy. A very solid drawing all around in my opinion.
The redesign is cool as well. You know who you're looking at right away. The boot soles are a bit much, but that may just be me. Perhaps you like a good sturdy boot. :w00t: :p

i really really like this.
Boobs are low, quad ends too high and her knee is twisted too far toward the viewer. On the plus side, you are really, really growing and it shows. Great job.
Oh and bend those to fingers in the opposite direction, they're bending the wrong direction.
I'm absolutely lovin' it! I could definitely see this being an official costume in the comics!

I really like those boots w/ the design. the whole outfit is really nice... but the rugged boots adds something to it that i REALLY like.

Great job. Great costume. Sexy, but still, you can tell she'll kick your ass if she wants to. Nice to see a realistic looking top heavy babe.
As for the crits on the breasts, really, people need to stop getting their knowledge of female anatomy from playboy mags. :slap:

On the other hand the rest should stop getting their knowledge of female anatomy from rest homes! :laugh: You should be able to see her ribcage under those tig ol' bitties. They should also be in closer since the oval shape doesn't start on the outside of the skin. :p Still good though. :kewl:

holy crap am I seriously going to have to start going on about the actual anatomy of boobies? cuz I can quote anatomy books and pop photo reference all day long, lol. Those are huge knobs and huge knobs (real or fake) are affected by something called gravity. these were drawn with photo ref and I would say that in a very technical sense they're still maybe too HIGH on her body. Her rib cage is clearly visible in this drawing, I just didn't feel the need to to draw the outline of individual ribs through her costume, I draw boobs based on anatomy and visual reference, cuz I like real boobs, not soccer balls stapled to some chicks' collar bone. Now lay offa me and draw boobs the way you like 'em and I'll draw 'em how I like 'em until an art director pays me to draw them badly :)

this is really great. the subtle coloring and the great pose make this a really tight piece. i would tone the boots down(bottom), but some people have already said they like em, so thats just me. good work man!

I didn't mean they were too low the way you are thinking, its that natural boobs(unless pushed way up) don't have the soccer balls stapled to any part of their body. I'll do a quick sketch over if its ok with you so you can see what I mean. It was my mistake explaining what I saw so poorly.

see that makes sense, I can easilly see bring up the cleavage a little, though I might not go quite as high as you did, and I actually thought about tweaking the turn of the torso a little myself. good catch :)
