What Wisper is saying that he thinks a "family tree" type of thing for DW would be cool.
Like, at the center we've got Digital Webbing.
Branching out from the "trunk" would be different creators and/or titles.
Any creator branches would have smaller branches showing their "offspring", or, non-DW work.
This way Wisper (or anyone else for that matter) could easily look @ the "DW family tree" to see where people have gone and what they have done in addition to seeing what DW has done.
Hope that helps.

It must be something in the air in DC and the surrounding areas that allows you to communicate with others in the area.

Ed -> Digitalwebbing.com -> Digital Webbing Presents #1 -> DWP 2-35/Digital Webbing Press
Digital Webbing Presents 1 branches out for creators (ex: Jon Malin, art on __________ -> Image, Liefeld, Marvel), the follow-up issues (as DWP #1 was planned as a one-shot) and the DW line as a whole
Each DWP from #2-on issue would branch out for creators who have gone on
Digital Webbing Press would branch out to SKUMM, Gutwallow, Nothingface OGN, BloodRayne, E-Man, etc.

There's a publishing history/timeline in the Comic Books area under Projects and Timeline (http://www.digitalwebbing.com/comics/projects/) -- it's laid out with the most current and goes back to the beginning. Every title and when it came out.

I think Wisper is hoping that someone will take thumbnails of the covers/logos and make a pretty flow chart type of thing.
