A friend of mine gave me a copy of the Batman/Cap crossover by John Byrne as a gift. It's a fun book.
It got me thinking how about 10 years back these crossovers were all the rage and once Avengers/JLA with Perez was complete, theyre really haven't been many more.
Anyone else have a favorite crossover book? Anyone think they should do more of these?
It would be nice to see one a year as a one-shot like the Bat/Cap story.

There's only one I would like to see. Batman / Sin City
I have read a few crossover books, but none of them really struck a chord with me.

I'd love to see Brubaker handle a Winter Soldier/Jason Todd crossover.
Unfortunately I doubt we'll be seeing any crossovers any time soon.
I'd love to see a new Marvel VS DC series that doesn't suck.

I'm on AIM virtually all the time. (I was just talking with Ron.) I think it's a problem on your end, because by your name a little red circle shows up saying you're offline.
EDIT: Ha! I just looked. Somehow, I'd blocked you.
What did you do to piss me off?

I started posts about Marvel and DC doing more crossovers apparently.

I'd love to see an old school JSA/Invaders x-over, set during WWII. I'm surprised this was never done (or was it and I just missed it?). I could see maybe Tony Harris illustrating...
And I'd be down with the Todd/Bucky idea as well. But yeah, only if Brubaker was writing it.
So long as it's not just a 'Who's stronger, Superman or the Hulk?' kind of thing, then yeah, I like the idea of cross-overs. The DC and Marvel universes are so big and sloppy they could easily fit one another in as alternate dimensions (I think they have used that line of reasoning before).
