I was trying to go for a more "realistic" THING with this. As if someone was really transformed into this organic rock like being, they would loose a lot of their facial fat which is why my drawing resembles a skull and they would also probably have a problem with loosing pieces of their skin which is why mine has those droppings falling off. And if their ring finger and pinky were fused together I imagined that the two fingers might still be visible some. Also they might still have patches of hair so if you look closely at Ben's hat you can see I tried to add this detail.

well i went with a more cosmic thing, making him encased in a rock like armor that he's stuck in, also gave him the ability to move earth and rock (like earthbending from avatar). since most the cosmic powered peps have like energy and he's just strong. figured that would be cool

I thought it'd be cool if he could control the rocks individually, making his body constantly changing. It would be sort of like Clayface, but with rocks. So, here it is.

This is one that got a little carried away but I never really got into, all I knew is that ben cries to much about being a freak so I thought I'd really give him something to cry about. This is his mutation just going really bad, the stone body is a prison encasing a chaotic lovecraftian universe that's breaking through the degrading rock prison of the things body. ben is being driven mad and becoming doom.

Just by the look of it I'm entitling this piece WISDOM TOOTH.

How do you get those shading textures? It almost looks like controlled splatter.
