Well, we try not to use the tickle stick too much these days, Scaley.
I play a lot of peek-a-boo and we like to say "stinky feet" a lot. Kids think it's just funny when we say "Daddy has stinky feet."
I tend to do a high pitched sneeze for some kids. It seems to work...has for a couple of years, so I stick with it.

I enjoy my job, for the most part. :)
