NEW YORK -- An off-duty police cadet who attends St. John's University helped catch and subdue another student who brought a single-shot rifle onto the campus in Queens Wednesday afternoon, police said.

Anyone on medication heavy enough to be used as a defense angle... shouldn't be allowed to own a firearm. (or a frying pan for that matter)
