we don't like apartments and condos. the traffic increase is stagering. this is a treed neighbor hood. By law ( years ago) it has been delcared Historic so the goverment cannot destroy. The goverment bought it durring WWll for use as bed space for the soldiers. It was used during vietnam also. It had been in such disrepair as to be dangerious. The goverment said it was their white elephant. I would have like to see it revert back to the school...college...UMD extension...but $$$ rules in the world. The same company that owns and is developing the property did some shit work down county...short cutting materials/zoneing requirements that are now failing and lawsuites..graft.
