Not too many. People really love it. THe only complaints I hear is when the internet goes down, so does their phone service.
Fuck vonage.
I had nothing but trouble with them. Mysterious charges that they couldn't explain and damn near impossible to cancel.

Same thing happens with the Digital Phone service through Time Warner. A rather large pain in the ass since you can't call them to report the service problem. :slap:

I was wondering about Vonage...but if it screws everything up when the internet quits...not good. Happens alot here.

We had Vonage for a month and absolutely hated it. If your upload speed isn't great, your phone won't work. We ended up spending way more money than we saved. The service is terrible and cancellation is an absolute pain in the ass.
Fuck Vonage.

The customers that have it on our network are using it with a wireless connection.
We provide DSL to the majority of our customers, and they have to have an active phone line to use it, so it defeats the purpose of having Vonage.
We briefly offered it, but there were so many complications with it we ended the program after a week.
Still, the customers I've talked to seem to like it.... As long as the internet stayed up.
