This is it. This is the final re-entry round. It is open to everyone that was previously in the the Tournament. This round like all round has 2 goal
1) Get back in the tournament
2) Gain some more points

Let's do some villain redesign model sheets.
The model sheet should feature a close-up head shot and a full figure shot of the design from the front AND back.
