There is a extremely sad story behind this image. So far, I was reluctant to post this image because I lost the original piece in a very frustrating manner. __In mid Nineties, I attended a demo session for Art loving students of Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan, a leading College of Hyderabad, AP in India.
In their library, I voluntarily gave tips of drawing and showed this and many other original work to a small group of students, to inspire them. They were very happy and grateful. I didn’t check the illustrations because I never doubt the lovely students of BVB who are very well disciplined. But nothing is perfect. Later we found that one of the students had lifted this illustration, possibly not realizing how important it was to me.
__My friend John Hemanth Kumar who arranged the session tried to retrieve the illustration but failed. Even though I lost it forever, if the little thief of BVB still takes good care of it, that would be more than enough to console me.
__As the medium, Indian CAMEL brand photo color is used. Arnold's flesh tones were built up slowly in many layers achieving the best aspect of this illustration._Atula
