BLITZ! Draw-off 003

In trying to keep with the sci-fi/fantasy (but not delve too deeply into comics) theme, I present:

Samus Aran, the heroine of the Metroid series of games.

Okay, despite the numerous good pictures of her outside the armor, we're going to try to keep the armor intact. Now granted, you can do the "emerging from the armor" type pic, just as long as the armor is indeed, fully in the picture! I hope you all have fun with this, and continue to send in suggestions (it's getting harder to keep the subjects more 'open' w/o delving into LotR or Star Wars ad nauseum ;)

Big-B: I'm not sure, I've always assumed you can only enter what you've drawn after the beginning of the contest.

Yeah, sorry Big-B. The purpose of these blitz drawoffs is that you get 24-48 hours to come up with a new drawing for the drawoff. (and I purposely do it mid week for two reasons: 1] to help break up the monotony of a standard work week, and 2] so people have to really focus their creativity, ie probably only have an hour or two to do the images.

ThunderRat may have my vote just becuase he actually pulled it off with the whole "Oh thtop it." hand gesture. Riotous. And with the curves, the eyes, and the new breasticles.... the Mega Buster takes on an interesting "Fleshlight" sort of appeal.

Mid-week. So far I've been starting them every wednesday, just after midnight (eastern) sometime, with a slightly-less-than 48 hour deadline.

Well, I encourage people to PM me suggestions. Also, I don't announce any subjects before the drawoff officially starts. This way (in theory) nobody has a headstart. Heck, even *I* don't often know what I'm going to pick. I try to keep it as random as possible.
